It is with great sadness that the Board of Directors announce the death of our Past president, chair of several committees, active member, Dr. Wayne Samuels. He passed away on July 26th, 2023. Dr. Samuels was part of the board for more than 20 years.
He is survived by 3 children and his wife, Maritza Halphen.
