5. One price for all: $30 for each member or non-member. Everyone welcome to attend. All proceeds will be donated to the American Society of Panama Scholarship Fund
6. Planning on live music, dancing, karaoke, 50/50 raffle.

8. Please make your own hotel reservations as soon as you can as this is high season in El Valle. Please refer to the attached file of the majority of hotels and hostels in El Valle.
9. Please reserve attendance by confirming through our website amsoc.org or sending an email to American.society.panama@gmail.com or garciadentist@hotmail.com.
10. Bring your own wine or liquor of choice. Non alcoholic refreshments will be provided.
11. Parking will be on the grounds of the Hotel Campestre from where we will shuttle guests to and from the event.
12. Same day TRANSPORTATION to and from the event will be available. We again plan on providing bus transportation from Panama City to the event and back for those that prefer not to drive or stay overnight. UPDATES will be provided
